A Provencal town with an old historic Roman centre. It has a long sandy natural beach with both formal town and natural sections. Frejus also has its own new marina in the form of Port Frejus. The town merges with St Raphael which has its own character, plus a classic French seafront and Casino.

Frejus is set on the small hill that was once next to a Roman port. The sea has receded about 1 Km The apartment is on the edge of the hill and this is the splendid view from the west facing balcony. It looks west across the Reyran from the heights of Frejus from the Massif des Maures across to the mountains in the north of the Var. A source of ever changing interest. Don’t forget to take your binoculars.
